COVID-19 and Social Distancing

As we slowly emerge from lockdown restrictions it is still my intention to "Covid clean" both the GS and Pelham Hall venues before each class.  I ask you all to bring your own mats and props where possible - please let me know prior to class if you are temporarily without equipment and I will provide a sanitised mat.  I am confident that you are all still very vigilant and committed to your own hygiene protocols but nevertheless I will continue to "squirt" you before and after each class.

All of the listed scheduled classes are permanent but when we feel even more confident and comfortable with working closer to each other without risk of infection, the number of members per class can increase, although, the cosy size of the GS classes will not accommodate more than 6 people at anytime.

We should ALL remain committed to Covid regulations but in time, I'm hoping to revert to our usual calm, relaxed approach to practice.

namaste 🙏

Schedule of classes:-

All classes adhere to the required COVID social distancing regulations, therefore, 5 members in GS classes and even though Pelham Hall has now lifted its restrictions relating to class numbers, there will only be 15 members in the PH class in order to maintain 2mtrs space between each member.

                                      5pm    to   6pm                GS

Tuesday                     10am   to  11am                GS

All classes will follow a 6 week course @ £37.50 per term.  All GS classes must be prebooked and the preferred Pre-Payment would either be by bank transfer or a "Ping/Paym" and should be made when you confirm your request for your place - bank details and any further details are available on request.  It's not necessary to prepay for any of the PH classes but it is recommended in order to secure your place.  Alternatively, a "drop in" fee of £7 will apply.

I will endeavour to keep this website up to date should permanent spaces become available in any of our classes.

Unfortunately, if you find you're unable to attend a few classes during the term fees are non-refundable, but I have absolutely no objection to your "selling" the relevant classes on to a friend.

I will also present the occasional workshop - venue and date TBA.
